Four steps to a working workflow

Define the workflow

Share your inspection forms, asset lists, maps and reporting examples. Agree which sites, people and records belong in the first rollout, and what a useful completed inspection should contain.

Build the site

Organize site maps, place assets and configure inspection forms and metadata. Review the setup with your team before expanding it to more users or sites.

Test and train

Run a practical inspection from map to report. Check answers, photos, assigned issues and permissions. Train inspectors and administrators, including preparation for offline fieldwork.

Launch and support

Agree the rollout, reporting needs and ongoing support with JBL. Use the Help Center for day-to-day guidance, and review workflow changes as your operations develop.
